The report claimed that not only is a new CPU in development, it may also be included in future versions of its Galaxy Book Windows notebook PCs as well.  The report made sense and we had heard similar rumours before.

Anyway, in our email this morning was a polite notice from Samsung telling us the story was untrue.

A recent media report that Samsung has established an internal team dedicated to CPU core development is not true. Contrary to the news, we have long had multiple internal teams responsible for CPU development and optimization, while constantly recruiting global talents from relevant fields.
