Spotted by GSMArena.com, the Galaxy M14 5G measures 166.8 x 77.2 x 9.4 mm and weighs 206g, which is not surprising considering the plastic back and plastic frame. It has a 6.6-inch PLC LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate.
Samsung went with its Exynos 1330 5nm SoC with two 2.4GHz Cortex-A78 and six 2.0GHz Cortex-A55 cores, Mali-G68 MP2 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage.
The main rear camera features three sensors, main 50MP f/1.8, and two 2MP sensors, one for macro and one for depth. The front camera is a 13MP f/2.8.
The biggest surprise is the 6,000mAh battery, which, comes with a rather underwhelming 15W wired charging.
It gets all the usual connectivity for an entry-level smartphone, so you get 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, and USB Type-C 2.0, and it comes with a side mounted fingerprint sensor.
The new Samsung M15 5G should be available in Navy Blue, Light Blue and Silver color options and should start at just above $200.
